East Electrical was engaged to complete a major six month apartment renovation in one of Australia’s famous apartment blocks on Bondi Beach.

In keeping with the theme of beach chic luxury, East Electrical advised and managed all elements of the lighting design installing a Delta Track Lighting System imported from Belgium and beautiful AR111 halogen lamps supplied by Inlite Sydney.

In addition to this, a lighting control system was installed with Clipsal Impress touch switches and dimmers as well as a custom mounted screen and audio visual system.

We were able to overcome obstacles of working with difficult rewiring and restricted cabling access to create a seamless finish.

All works were completed by East Electrical, lighting layout and design completed by East Electrical and architect.
